The ILR curriculum provides students with a strong foundation in the “people side” of business. Courses such as leadership, group dynamics, consulting, negotiations, and organizational change prepare students for leadership positions in a wide range of sectors, including finance, consulting, human resources, entrepreneurship, and other areas of business. ILR students frequently use electives in the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business, the Economics Department, and other departments throughout Cornell to round out their business focused education.
