ILR’s Bachelor of Science degree prepares students for a wide range of careers and graduate programs, including law, business, government, economics, international affairs, non-profit management, social justice, labor relations, education, sports, and more. The majority of students go directly to work after completing their degree. Approximately 15-20% of students go directly to graduate or professional school and many others do so within a few years of graduation.
