When applying to the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business, students must choose to apply directly to either the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration or the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management. Most students have a clear path and should apply to whichever school they believe is the right fit for them based on the curricular and extra-curricular offerings of the school.
The Nolan School of Hotel Administration teaches business through the lens of hospitality. Students will study areas of business such as hospitality management, hotel administration, real estate, service management, finance, and food and beverage management.
The Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management offers a business education with a focus on global engagement. Students will study areas of business such as entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, data analytics and international trade.
