Educating military leaders at Cornell has been a tradition since the university was founded, and Cornell formally established a Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) unit in 1917. Today, Cornellians can participate in Army, Navy/Marine Corps, and Air Force ROTC units. To learn more about our military training and education programs, please visit the Cornell ROTC page.
